ith a passion for both people and property, my name is David and I'm the founder of Ross Recruitment. I started this agency to fill a gap in the market and offer specialised recruitment services to clients in the property industry.

At Ross Recruitment, we believe recruitment is about more than just filling a role, it’s about truly understanding people and businesses. We work closely with our clients to get to know their business inside and out, helping us identify their strengths, challenges, and what makes the right candidate a great fit.

Relocated to Australia, taking on a Head of Property Sales role and beginning a new chapter in high-growth markets.
